As the founder of LHAMOUR, I wanted to share with you the vision I had when I first started. At first, it was very simple: find a solution for my own problem. Then it started to become bigger: make an impact on other people’s lives and the society at large.
In 2012, I came back to Mongolia to work for Mongolia’s first wind farm company after having lived in the States and Europe for many years. Tallow has been used for centuries by nomadic herders to soothe and moisturize skin in the harsh weather conditions of Mongolia. It also has been a traditional ingredients used in other parts of the world including Germany and the United States. In fact, Dr. A.W. Chase, MD (from the US) published a book of “recipes” in 1866 that listed ten formulations of salves, eight of which contain tallow.
